Heather Lineberry is senior curator and associate director at Arizona State University (ASU) Art Museum, where she curates contemporary art exhibitions with an emphasis on collaborations across disciplines and experimental curatorial approaches. Exhibitions and projects include Jim Campbell: Transforming Time, Sites Around the City: Art and Environment, Gravity Was Everywhere Back Then: Brent Green, Miracle Report: Julianne Swartz and Ken Landauer, Crafting a Continuum: Rethinking Contemporary Craft, and Energy Charge: Connecting to Ana Mendieta. In 2007, New American City: Artists Look Forward—an exhibition she co-curated on the development and future of Phoenix, Arizona—received the President’s Medal for Social Embeddedness at ASU. Lineberry is also a senior scholar at ASU’s Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability.
