Apart from his role as executive and artistic director of The Yard in Martha's Vineyard, David White is also the chair of the National Council at the Atlantic Center for the Arts, and the principal and manager of Public Imaginations, Hopkinton, NH. From 1975–2003, White served as the executive director and producer of Dance Theater Workshop (now New York Live Arts) in New York. He was a Center panelist in dance in 2012.
