Taylor’s (she/her) installations combine drawing, sculpture, and glass to engage with environmental concerns. Often using familiar household supplies like aluminum foil and plaster, her work considers the cultural history of everyday materials, prompting questions of daily consumption and its effects on the climate and imagining resilient and sustainable futures. Her work has been shown at Vox Populi, Woodmere Art Museum, the Philadelphia Art Alliance, Expo Chicago, and the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland, Oregon. She is a cofounder of Little Berlin, an art gallery and collective, and The Green Sun, an ongoing series of programs organized around the relationship among art, technology, and policy related to renewable energy. Taylor earned an MFA and BFA from the Temple University Tyler School of Art and Architecture.
