Ingrid Schaffner is Curator for the forthcoming 57th Carnegie International. Formerly chief curator at the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) at the University of Pennsylvania, she supervised ICA's exhibition program since 2000. Past exhibitions include the Center-funded Jason Rhoades, Four Roads (2013), Anne Tyng: Inhabiting Geometry (2011, with consulting curators Srdjan Jovanović Weiss and William Whitaker), Maira Kalman: Various Illuminations (of a Crazy World) (2010), and Dirt On Delight: Impulses That Form Clay (2009, with Jenelle Porter), Douglas Blau (2009), and The Puppet Show (2008, with Carin Kuoni), among others.
